As the Program Manager of TeenWork of CanAssist at the University of Victoria, I am so thankful to get to say we collaborate with such an amazing company! Costa Verde provides amazing, professional grade service while being truly socially responsible and an actual equal opportunity employer. The staff are fun, friendly while doing top quality work! I have never heard a complaint while on site from customers or staff. I am always impressed by the quality of work that they provide. Our program helps youth with disabilities find meaningful part-time employment and Costa Verde has been hiring youth for over two years now. They get real experience, make honest and fair wages, and every teen loves working there. I see a lot of businesses in work and I must say this is a truly remarkable company that stems from a core management team that values it’s customers, staff, and the community members where they work.
