Covid-19 Update

To our valued customers,

We would like to offer an update regarding our services moving forward, due to the ongoing health situation the world is experiencing. At this time, we are still open, and are doing our part to help flatten the curve.

For the last seven years, we have been working to have all office operations and management set up remotely, and we are now established as a remotely working company with no central/shared office space. In addition to that, we work outdoors in small numbers, so we are well set up for social distancing. On top of this, we have taken further steps to ensure the safety of both our employees and our customers at this time. We will continue to provide exceptional service. We are doing everything we can to keep our staff safe and healthy to protect them as well as our customers.

Production Process

As of this date in time we are following all the current guidelines laid out by the Minister of Health, and Dr. Bonnie Henry, B.C.’s provincial health officer. We have separated all crew to maintain social distancing, with all field staff isolated with their own company vehicles and tools, to ensure everyone’s safety. All field staff are also equipped with PPE, including disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and cleaning products. We are sanitizing all tools and equipment between each job and use. Crew members and division managers are no longer knocking or ringing doorbells, and are instead calling ahead if communication with a client onsite is required. We also have a strict policy to not come to work and to self-quarantine for 14 days if any staff are feeling at all sick.

Sales Process

We are still open, and are still taking on new projects. If there is work you are looking to have done, you can contact us via telephone, email, or the contact form on our website. Our division manager will reach out via a phone call or an email to discuss the details of your project, and from there we can arrange a time to come by the property.

For estimate visits, customers may join the manager for walk-throughs outside at a distance of 2 meters or come out to their porch or deck, or the manager can call and discuss the details via phone while performing a solo walk-through. Once the walk-through is complete, the manager can discuss the scope and budget, and can put together a proposal onsite, which will then be emailed to the customer to be gone over in person then, or at a later date through phone or email.

We are taking this situation very seriously, and want to protect all our staff and customers. We wish you good health, and we hope to hear from you soon.
